Some dishes just lend themselves to leftovers; leftovers that make you (or me at least) look forward to lunch as soon as you wake up in the morning and make packing a lunch a snap. I pack up the lunch boxes when I’m putting the food away after dinner.
For some of these dishes, reheating the next day further develops flavor, for some they just keep well, cold or re-warmed.
